Moving can be very stressful and moving out of state can be even tougher. We selected Brett to be our relator and told him what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. Prior to visiting Nashville, Brett sent us potential houses, including a few before they even hit the market! Then, we flew in from DC with the goal of finding a house in under 36 hours due to our tight timeline. When we landed, Brett met us at the first house and literally had over ten houses lined up back to back. We found the perfect house for us and left with it under contract. Because of the way Brett listened to us, he knew exactly what we were looking for and utilized his expertise to help us find the right house for us. Brett handled all our closing and made sure everything was ready to go even though we could not be here in person. He really went above and beyond and we would use him again.

Downtown Nashville is slated for its first private school — to be located in an historic masonry building that once accommodated Vanderbilt University, no less.
Washington, D.C.-based Blyth-Templeton Academy is eyeing a fall 2019 opening for the co-ed college preparatory school, which will serve students in the fifth through 12th grades and have an annual tuition of about $15,000.
